1. Nature of Services

                  All research and advisory services offered by Vijay Kumar Gupta (SEBI Registered Research Analyst: INH000020226) are intellectual property-driven     

                  and non-tangiblein nature. These include but are not limited to:

• Research reports and      recommendations
• Financial market analysis
• Investment-related insights and      guidance
• Subscription to newsletters,      mentoring, or learning modules

                  Since the delivery of research and information-based products is immediate, irrevocable, and involves disclosure of proprietary content, we do not               

                  offer any refund or cancellation once a service has been subscribed to or a payment has been processed.

2. Acknowledgment of Terms

                   By subscribing to any of our services, the client acknowledges that:

• They have read and agreed to the      Terms & Conditions and Disclosures.
• They have understood the nature      of services and that past performance is not indicative of future      results.
• They accept the risks associated      with investing in securities markets and take independent responsibility      for their financial decisions.

3. No Refund Circumstances

Refunds shall not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind or personal      circumstances after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with research      outcomes or market movement
• Non-usage or partial usage of      subscribed services
• Technical issues at the client's      end in accessing content
• Any misunderstanding regarding      the scope or nature of service, despite disclosures

4. Limited Exceptions
                  Refunds shall only be considered under the following rare and verifiable conditions:

• Duplicate payment due to      technical error (subject to verification by payment gateway)
• Ineligibility of service usage      due to regulatory restrictions identified at onboarding

                   In such cases, clients must submit a written refund request to wecare@vijayguptaadvisory.comwithin 24 hours of the transaction along with                         

                   valid proof.

5. Client Responsibilities

                   Clients are expected to:

• Thoroughly review all      disclosures, disclaimers, and terms before subscribing
• Seek clarification on any      complex or high-risk product before acting
• Not expect guaranteed returns or      unsolicited investment advice
