✅ Return and Refund Policy

At Vijay Gupta Advisory, we offer personalized research and advisory services. Due to the nature of digital content delivery and service-based consultation, all payments made are non-refundable once the service is initiated.

🔹 Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel their subscription within 24 hours of payment only if no service has been delivered (i.e. no report, insight, or call shared).
After 24 hours or post service delivery, no cancellation will be entertained.

🔹 Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided for any advisory, newsletter, training, or consultancy services once accessed or delivered.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused services.

🔹 Exceptional Cases

In rare circumstances (e.g. double payment), eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after verification.
